  • How to access printing and scanning?
    You may approach the front desk for assistance. Scanning – It is encouraged to bring your own USB drive to keep your file. Printing – Php10.00 per Black and White A4 Page; Php15.00 per Colored A4 Page
  • How to book my seat?
    If you will be seated in the hot desk area, fixed desk area or private offices, kindly scan the QR code that you will find on the upper corners of your desk. Under the ‘Desks’, kindly choose the desk or office that you are seated in our Zone Offices App (i.e.Office Z9, Seat 01)
  • Do have available parking on-site?
    Yes, we do, however, subject to availability and a first-come, first-serve basis. To be able to accommodate your request, we will at least a day in advance so we can endorse to the building admin with the following details: Date: Name: Vehicle Plate Number: Vehicle Make: Vehicle Color: Vehicle Type:
  • How to use my meeting room credit?
    You may approach the front desk for assistance, or you can book through Zone Offices App under ‘Rooms’ You may use your complimentary credit to be able to book 1 star credit = 1 hour
  • How many times can I come during the 1 month free trial?
    You can visit as many times as you want on weekdays during your free trial. There is no cap on the number of visits.
  • Can we rent all the facilities during my 1-month free trial?
    Yes, as you'll have access to all of our facilities, including hot desks, fixed desks, private offices, and meeting rooms. For the boardrooms, you get 1 hour of free access per person. It's first come first served, so make sure to reserve your slot early.
  • Is the one month free trial day pass open to all?
    For first-timers, yes! Just make sure that you and your friends sign up at the jotform link.
  • I have pre-registered using the 1-month free trial link, what's next?
    Great question! Once you've pre-registered using the form, your preferred date is confirmed and you'll be able to come to Arthaland Century Pacific Tower on your preferred date and time. Should you wish to reschedule, you may also do so by editing your submission. Kindly check the ‘Edit your Submission’ link at the bottom of your email booking confirmation. A few gentle reminders: ▪ Make sure to bring an ID with you. Upon arrival, please drop by the lobby to have your QR code activated. ▪ As per building policy, wearing of shorts, sleeveless shirts (sando), and slippers shall be prohibited from entering the premises ▪ If you have friends coming with you, let them pre-register using the link too, so you can both enjoy the same benefits. ▪We no longer accept walk-ins for free trial registrations, only individuals who have registrations will be accommodated.

  • During the trial, do I have to pre-register to come back?
    No, you don't have to as we'll be sending an email on your next steps once you have started your day 1.
  • Is your cafe open to the public?
    Yes! Our cafe is open to the public to enjoy drinks and pastries. However, if you’ll be needing to use the internet or plug your devices, you will need to purchase one of our coworking passes.
  • I am currently on my free trial, do I need to register at the lobby?
    As free trial members won’t have to pre-register again using the link, you still need to fill up the building’s visitor registration link every visit for your access. You may upgrade to a paid membership subscription to get the perks of not having to register for building access each time you visit.
  • How can I sign-up for the free trial?
    You may pre-register here. Our free trial is open to all and with no hidden costs. We also accommodate walk-ins.
  • Do you have parking onsite?
    Yes, but it's subject to availability and first come, first served. Here are our parking guidelines effective 11 October 2023: For Non-Members Includes: Free Trial Users, Day Pass, Day Office and Meeting Room Bookings (effective on 11 October 2023) - For a fee of Php 250.00, you can park from 9 am to 10 pm, Mondays to Fridays. - It is highly encouraged that parking requests are submitted within Community Office hours between 9 AM-7 PM, Monday to Friday. Any requests submitted after the Community Office hours will be accommodated on the next working day. - For first-timers and no access to Zone Offices app yet, you may submit your parking request to info@zoneoffices.com with the details below: Date: Subscription Type: Full Name: Plate No.: Vehicle color/type/make: - Parking requests will be put on hold for only (1.5) hours with the parking slot number while awaiting for payment to secure the slot. - Payment can be made via bank transfer or bank deposit with our details below: Account Name: ZONE OFFICE PROPERTIES INC Account Number: 0053-4801-7161 Bank Name: BDO UNIBANK, INC.   • Do you accept walk-ins?
    Daily Passes: Weekdays: Appointments are required for bookings between 9am - 6pm. Please pre-register here to book an appointment: Walk-ins (without appointment) shall be accommodated after 6 PM, except on holidays. Weekends: Walk-ins are accepted from 10 AM to 5 PM. New Free Trial Registrations: Only those with confirmed appointments shall be accommodated. Inquiries (Meeting Rooms, Event Space, Office Tours): Walk-ins are welcome from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday (except holidays). Meeting Room Bookings Our meeting rooms are often booked, so please make a reservation ahead of time to guarantee availability.

  • What are your rates after the free trial?
