  • How to access printing and scanning?
    You may approach the front desk for assistance. Scanning โ€“ It is encouraged to bring your own USB drive to keep your file. Printing โ€“ Php10.00 per Black and White A4 Page; Php15.00 per Colored A4 Page
  • How to book my seat?
    If you will be seated in the hot desk area, fixed desk area or private offices, kindly scan the QR code that you will find on the upper corners of your desk. Under the โ€˜Desksโ€™, kindly choose the desk or office that you are seated in our Zone Offices App (i.e.Office Z9, Seat 01)
  • Do have available parking on-site?
    Yes, we do, however, subject to availability and a first-come, first-serve basis. To be able to accommodate your request, we will at least a day in advance so we can endorse to the building admin with the following details: Date: Name: Vehicle Plate Number: Vehicle Make: Vehicle Color: Vehicle Type:
  • How to use my meeting room credit?
    You may approach the front desk for assistance, or you can book through Zone Offices App under โ€˜Roomsโ€™ You may use your complimentary credit to be able to book 1 star credit = 1 hour

  • Is your cafe open to the public?
    Yes! Our cafe is open to the public to enjoy drinks and pastries. However, if youโ€™ll be needing to use the internet or plug your devices, you will need to purchase one of our coworking passes.
  • Do you have parking onsite?
    Yes, but it's subject to availability and first come, first served. Here are our parking guidelines effective 11 October 2023: For Non-Members Includes: Free Trial Users, Day Pass, Day Office and Meeting Room Bookings (effective on 11 October 2023) - For a fee of Php 250.00, you can park from 9 am to 10 pm, Mondays to Fridays. - It is highly encouraged that parking requests are submitted within Community Office hours between 9 AM-7 PM, Monday to Friday. Any requests submitted after the Community Office hours will be accommodated on the next working day. - For first-timers and no access to Zone Offices app yet, you may submit your parking request to info@zoneoffices.com with the details below: Date: Subscription Type: Full Name: Plate No.: Vehicle color/type/make: - Parking requests will be put on hold for only (1.5) hours with the parking slot number while awaiting for payment to secure the slot. - Payment can be made via bank transfer or bank deposit with our details below: Account Name: ZONE OFFICE PROPERTIES INC Account Number: 0053-4801-7161 Bank Name: BDO UNIBANK, INC. Bank Address: GC Corporate Plaza, 150 Legaspi St., Legaspi Village, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines Swift Code: BNORPHMM - Send us proof of payment in connection with your email or under your ticket request for checking and validation. - Please note, that we will release the parking slot to the next parking request if there are no payments made after the given timeframe. - Our parking spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability including weekend/holiday booking. - We do not offer an hourly rate for parking. - An additional charge of Php100.00 will be incurred for any vehicles that are still parked beyond 10:30 PM. For Monthly Paid Members - Our parking spaces remain free for the meantime until further notice. - It is highly encouraged that parking requests are submitted in advance (at least 6 hours prior to your preferred arrival time) to endorse properly to the building admin. - You may submit your request under โ€˜Supportโ€™ via our mobile app. Tap โ€˜Create a Ticketโ€™ on the upper right corner with the category โ€˜Othersโ€™ with the details below: Date: Full Name: Plate No.: Vehicle color/type/make: - We will confirm if your request has been approved with a parking slot number.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    Daily Passes: Weekdays: Yes, we accept walk-ins. In case we are fully booked, we will post an update on our social media pages. Weekends: Walk-ins are accepted from 10 AM to 5 PM. Inquiries (Meeting Rooms, Event Space, Office Tours): Walk-ins are welcome from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday (except holidays). Meeting Room Bookings Our meeting rooms are often booked, so please make a reservation ahead of time to guarantee availability.
